Standard Lola experiences are self-guided and do not include an attendant. We handle delivery, setup, and pickup. On-site hosting or scheduled restocking may be available as an add-on.

Lola needs a level, accessible area with enough room for guests to approach and form a small line. Exact dimensions and setup requirements will be provided before your event.

Outdoor setup may be possible in a covered, level, and weather-protected location. A backup indoor plan may be required due to heat, rain, wind, or other conditions.

We recommend inquiring as early as possible for weddings, holidays, and popular weekends. Dates are reserved once the agreement is signed and the required deposit is paid.
We only book within a 6-month window however, if you reach out earlier you will be placed on a priority list.
